Choc Chip Continued





Here are the pictures! I forgot to mention that I changed the original recipe a bit. Less egg, a lot less salt, less time in the oven.

  2. I cooked them a minute or two too long, so they were slightly more done than I normally like, but still good and chewy. They lasted for a few days before folks finished them off. As the days go, they tend to feel a bit more grainy. But the same happens to non-gf flours. I also did the freeze test and ate them after they had thawed. Still yummy!
