I cooked them a minute or two too long, so they were slightly more done than I normally like, but still good and chewy. They lasted for a few days before folks finished them off. As the days go, they tend to feel a bit more grainy. But the same happens to non-gf flours. I also did the freeze test and ate them after they had thawed. Still yummy!
Look really good. How bout the chewiness factor? How long do they last?
